Our Policy
As a small business, we're unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind purchases or sizing issues. We appreciate your understanding - it really does make a difference to us as an independent brand.
Something Not Right? We've Got You.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what was described on our website, we will always make it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in these situations.
Simply get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.
To get the process started, just send us:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A couple of photos showing the fault or damage
We aim to get back to you within 5 business days.
Please Note
We're unable to process claims for:
- General wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive faulty)
