ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and run from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier. You can use this to track your parcel.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder first, then get in touch with us if you still can't find it.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Layl Boutique ships worldwide from the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict, control, or cover these costs as they vary by country and order value.

By placing an international order with us, you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for any customs or import charges that may apply. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.


MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, here's what we recommend:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Allow a few extra days as international orders can sometimes be held in customs
  3. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office in case it was left there
  4. Contact us at Laylboutique.team@gmail.com  if you're still unable to locate it and we will do everything we can to help

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please double check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at Laylboutique.team@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from any refund issued.
